Industrial dehumidifiers extract moisture from the air through physical or chemical means. The mainstream technologies are divided into two major systems.

1. Refrigerated Dehumidification (Condensation Technology)

Workflow:
Wet air → Inhaled by a high-efficiency fan → Flows through a low-temperature evaporator (surface temperature < air dew point) → Moisture condenses into droplets → Collects in a drain tank → Dry air is heated by a condenser before being discharged (avoiding space cooling).
Applicable Scenario:
General operating conditions with ambient temperatures > 10°C and humidity ≥ 50% RH (such as workshops and warehouses). Low temperatures can easily lead to frost and failure.

2. Rotary Dehumidification (Adsorption Technology)

Workflow:
Wet air → Passes through a silica gel/molecular sieve rotor → Water molecules are adsorbed → Ultra-dry air (minimum 1% RH) is produced.
Synchronous Regeneration: High-temperature air (120-140°C) passes through the saturated rotor in reverse → Water is released → Wet exhaust air is discharged outdoors.
Applicable Applications:
Low temperatures (-20°C) and ultra-low humidity requirements (lithium battery workshops, pharmaceutical sterile rooms).
